Escudo de azul, duas penas de ouro passadas em aspa, acompanhadas de flor-de-lis de prata em chefe e de livro de prata aberto em contra-chefe. Coroa mural de três torres de prata. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: " PENA – LISBOA ".
Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on October 14, 1994.
