Escudo de prata, monte de negro movente dos flancos e saínte de uma campanha ondada de prata e azul de três tiras; em chefe, ramo de oliveira de verde, frutado de negro, entre duas pipas de púrpura, lavradas de ouro e realçadas de prata, tudo alinhado em faixa. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ TEIXEIRÓ - BAIÃO “.
