MOLLEM
Province : Vlaams-Brabant
Incorporated into : 1977 Asse
Official blazon
Van goud met een faas van azuur, met een verkorte schuinkruis van keel beladen met vijf schelpen van zilver, over alles heen.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on July 29, 1963.
The Mollem estate has a very complicated history, but there no seals of the council are known. The municipality thus chose the arms shown on the late 13th century seal of the oldest known Lord of Mollem, Jan Van Asse, as its arms.
