  • (ro) Pe negru, o cruce cu opt vârfuri, de aur, încărcată cu stema mică a municipiului Chișinău: în scut heraldic de tip triunghiular, pe albastru, o acvilă heraldică cu zborul coborât, de aur, ciocată și membrată roșu; peste tot stema Țării Moldovei (pe roșu, un cap de bour, însoțit între coarne de o stea cu opt raze, la dextra de o roză heraldică și la senestra de o semilună conturnată, totul de aur); scutul timbrat de o coroană murală de aur cu șapte turnuri.
