Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted after a competition held in 1995. It shows the court-mansion of Bedekovcina, and a mug, symbol of long tradition of pottery in the area, which before over a hundred years transformed into the bricks and roof-tiles industry.
Another proposal from 1995 showed in a white shield four wavy bars, two upper red and two lower blue.
