LOGATEC

Coat of arms (crest) of Logatec
Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The wheels in the arms indicate that the village historically was an important stop for coaches driving from Vienna to places as Trieste and Ljubljana. Most of the coach drivers also originated from the area. As the village is on a hilltop, the lower half shows the tracks and a hill.
