In Rot über grünem Dreiberg liegendes gelbes Winkelmass, belegt mit schwarzem Anker, dessen Griff tatzenkreutzförmig ist und dessen beide Spitzen mit einem gelben sechsstrahligen Stern besteckt sind, oben von ebensolchen Sternen beseitet.
