Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on June 14, 1929 and symbolise the horse breeding in the area Crange in the municipality. The horse breeding was a privilege of the owners of the area. The small shield is the arms of the Lords of Eickel, whose arms are known since 1275 and have had a large influence in the area until 1522.
