BOURSEUL
Département : Côtes-d'Armor
Official blason
Origin/meaning
The arms were designed in 1989.
The first quarter shows the freedom tree (oak) in the village. The second shows three stars, taken from the arms of the De Beaubois family, former lords of the village.
The third quarter refers to the city of Saint-Malo, as the village historically belonged to the Saint-Malo diocese. The fourth quarter refers to the arms of the Côtes-d'Armor département.
