SATTEINS
State : Vorarlberg
District : Feldkirch
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on February 20, 1929.
The arms are based on the arms of the Lords von Satteins, as found in a local chronicle from 1616. The actual origin or meaning of this unusual symbol is not known. It has also been used as a local forestry mark for the village.
