Escudo de verde, duas espigas de trigo de ouro, com os pés passados em aspa; em chefe, mitra episcopal de ouro, realçada e forrada de vermelho e, em ponta, três burelas ondadas de prata e verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ FREGUESIA DE VILA DO BISPO “.
