(de) Unter blauem Schildhaupt, darin ein schreitender, rot bezungter und rot bewehrter goldener Löwe, gespalten; vorne die bayerischen Rauten, hinten in Rot zwei schräg gekreuzte, mit den Krümmen zugewendete silberne Abtstäbe.

The arms were granted on February 24, 1974.

The arms combine the arms of Bad-Tölz with the lion of Wolfratshausen.
