Escudo de ouro, capa rasgada de S. Martinho, de vermelho, entre dois cachos de uvas de púrpura, folhados de verde, em chefe e vale de verde, movente dos flancos, em campanha. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: " VALE - S. MARTINHO ".
