Geviert von Silber und Schwarz mit aufgelegtem roten Herzschild, darin ein silberner Widderrumpf mit goldenen Hörnern; in zwei und drei ein goldener Schrägbalken. Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on March 20, 1981. The quartered field is derived from the arms of the Margraves of Brandenburg-Anspach from the Hohenzollern dynasty. The area belonged to the Amt Birkenfeld of the margraves. The bends are derived from the arms of the Lords of Beirbach, who had their estate in Beerbach in medieval times. The black and silver colours are those of the Diocese of Bamberg, which had some possessions in the area. The ram's head is taken from the arms of the Lords von Dottenheim, the oldest known owners of the Dietersheim estate in the 14th century. Contact and SupportPartners: Your logo here ?
