  • (de) In Silber ein stilisierter bewurzelter, vierblättriger roter Apfelbaum mit zwei Früchten, belegt mit einem goldenen Bischofsstab.

Origin/meaning

The apple tree is a canting element (for Apel). The crosier is taken from the arms of the Lords of Münchhausen 314a.wsa.jpg, which owned some estates in the municipality.
