RAF STATION NEGOMBO, ROYAL AIR FORCE
History: Formed at Katunayake and renamed on March 14, 1944. In 1957 handed over to the then Royal Ceylon Air Force as Katunayake part of the Civilian Bandaranaike International Airport.
