Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 9, 1964.
The arms are based on the arms of Lorraine, to which the area historically belonged. The star is an addition and refers to the rich cultural life in the village. The chief shows two crowns for the locap patron saints, Cyrilla and Oranna.
