Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted in 2007 officially registered on February 2, 2019.
The tower in the arms represents the town itself and its old history. The red and black colours are taken from the Albanian national arms, as the town is mainly populated by Albanians. The points represent the wings of the Albanian eagle.
Before 2007 the town used the logo below:
These arms show prosperity (flower), peace (pigeons and olive branch), sports (football), traditions (belt) and the stars for future.
