Gespalten von Schwarz und Gold; vorne in einem mit sieben gestürzten silbernen Dreiecken bestreuten Feld ein aus dem Spalt hervorbrechender goldener Arm, der einen goldenen Steinhammer schwingt; hinten über einem Wellenschildfuß eine mit einem silbernen Hochkreuz belegte, gezinnte rote Quadermauer, über deren mittlerer Zinne ein rotbewehrter und -gezungter schwarzer Doppeladlerkopf schwebt.
