VERBANDSGEMEINDE THALEISCHWEILER-FRÖSCHEN
State : Rheinland-Pfalz
District (Kreis) : Südwestpfalz
Origin/meaning : The arms were granted on June 8, 1976.
The arms show the arms of the former rulers in the area: the chevrons of the Counts of Hanau-Lichtenberg, the lion of the Pfalz, the eagle of the Counts of Leiningen and the bend of the Dukes of Baden.
The bordure is a common symbol for a Verbandsgemeinde.
