LE PLESSIS-BOUCHARD

Origin/meaning
The upper part of the arms shows the arms of the Lords de Montmorency, as this family was also Lord of the Manor in Le Plessis.
The lower half is canting, a plessis means a space surrounded by a fence made of posts interwoven with branches.
