Origin/meaning

The Markt (borough) Gnas was granted arms by Letters Patent of King Ferdinand I (brother of Emperor Charles V), dated Jan. 19th, 1552, Prague.

The arms are blazoned to great detail, but without further explanations. The meaning thus is not known.
