Portuguese Escudo equipolado de azul e ouro com os pontos de azul carregados de duas faixetas ondadas de prata, os de ouro do chefe e da ponta carregados de uma folha de plátano verde e os dos flancos com uma roda de azenha de vermelho, com pregaria do campo. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ FUNCHAL – SANTA LUZIA “.
