English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on February 19, 1981.

The silver bends on blue are derived from the arms of the medieval Knights of Steinach. The red cross is the symbol for the St. Tibertius monastery, which had large possessions in the former Münster municipality. The fleur-de-lys is take symbol of the Cathedral Chapter (Domkapittel) of Augsburg, which had possessions in Agendorf. The green colour is a symbol for the agricultural character of Agendorf.
