Origin/meaning
In Greek Mythology Argus Panoptes of Argos was a Creature of 100 Eyes slain by Mercury. Its Eyes was then placed in a Peacock's Feather by Juno for Decoration. The Latin Motto transaltes as "The Eyes of All". The Badge was approved on 2 December 1919.
