Official blazon
Portuguese Escudo de azul, nimbo de ouro carregado de pena de azul, realçada de prata e posta em pala, entre dois cachos de uvas de ouro, folhados de prata, em chefe e campanha ondada de prata e verde, de cinco tiras, tendo brocante um cachalote de negro, realçado de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: " S. MATEUS – MADALENA ".
