Über mit einer Spitze ohne Giebel versehenen blauem Schildfuß, darin ein silberner Wellenbalken, von Rot und Silber durch eine abgerundete Schrägstufe geteilt. Oben ein silbernes Flügelkreuz einer holländischen Windmühle, unten ein blaues Kreuz.
