French D'argent à la croix de calvaire de gueules, à 4 rayons d'or partant de l'intersection des bras, accostée de 2 palmiers de sinople et soutenue d'une trangle du même, soutenue elle-même d'une mer d'azur mouvant de la pointe de l'écu et dans laquelle plonge en barre une ancre de sable, dont la gumène entoure le pied de la croix ; aux initiales V P enlacées de sable dans le canton dextre du chef et au monogramme des Missions Etrangères du même dans le

sénestre. Motto: Adveniat regnum tuum
