Arms : Per fess wavy gules and barry wavy of four argent and vert, issuant in base from a block of Bath stone proper ensigned by a Saxon crown Or, a tree of three branches proper; over all a mitre in fess point issuant therefrom two crosiers in pile Or.
Crest : Issuant from a rural crown Or, between two sickle, the blades points inward, argent, the hafts gules branded Or, a double headed eagle displayed sable charged on the breast with a magnetic needle erect ensigned by an estoile Or.
Motto : Virtute in factis
