H.M. DOCKYARD PORTSMOUTH, ROYAL NAVY
History: The Dockyard built ships between 1497-1967. HMS Victory was hoever built at Chatham.

Origin/meaning
Nelson's HMS Victory is still on display at the Dockyard. The Badge was approved in 1968.
