Mustassa kentässä aaltokoroinen vasen pieli ja jännitetty käsijousi; kaikki kultaa.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on December 18, 1962.
The name means Savo-beach, and the arms thus show the bow and arrow of the historical Savo province, and a golden wavy flank for the beach part of the name.
