| Italian | Composto di tre parti: a) l'immagine centrale raffigura un cavallo indomito senza briglie in colore grigio poggiante con le zampe posteriori su una porzione di terreno erboso con ceppaia su campo azzurro; b) in alto si rappresenta una corona che possiede l'aspetto della cima di una torre medievale in colore grigio con parti interne in rosso; c) nella parte inferiore trova posto una fascia in colore grigio recante un scritta in colore nero con la dicitura "non vi sed virtute domatur"; d) la fascia suddetta è disposta in senso orizzontale formante la curva verso il basso rappresentata dinamicamente con svolazzi intermedi e terminali. |
