Official blazon
Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat de argint. În partea superioară, în câmp verde, se află un fazan în culori naturale, din profil, pășind spre dreapta.În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află șase spice de grâu, așezate în stea, de aur, flancate în dreapta și în stânga de două albine, de aur. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on May 5, 2005.
The wavy bar means that the Pogoniș River passes through the locality, through an area with hilly relief.
Wheat ears mean that the main occupation is agriculture.
Bees refer to another occupation of the inhabitants, namely beekeeping.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
