HAMONT-ACHEL

Province : Limburg
Additions: 1977 Achel, Hamont

Wapen van Hamont-Achel/Coat of arms (crest) of Hamont-Achel
Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 8, 1986.

The arms are identical to the historical arms of Hamont, see there, with as only change the colour of the battlement, which was silver in the arms of Hamont.

Both Hamont and Achel historically belonged to the Grevenbroek Estate from which the arms are derived.
