DUGO SELO

County: Zagreb

Coat of arms (crest) of Dugo Selo
Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The crosier symbolises St. Martin, patron saint of the town. The local church dates already from early medieval times. The sun and star are either religious symbols, but have also been explained as symbols for the old Illyrian people.
