Escudo de vermelho com o grifo "ALEO " em letras de ouro, circundado por ramos de oliveira frutados de sua cor. Em chefe um castelo de prata acompanhado por duas cabeças, uma de carnação branca coroada de ouro e outra de carnação negra com turbante de prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro : " VILA DE ALCOUTIM ".
