Escudo de azul, edícula formada por base de duas colunas, sustentando frontão triangular, tendo no meio um calvário, tudo de prata, ladeada por duas lançadeiras de ouro cheias de fio vermelho, postas em pala; nos cantões do chefe, dois cachos de uvas de ouro, folhados de prata; em campanha, duas burelas ondadas de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: “ SEQUEIRÓ – SANTO TIRSO “.
