Щит пересечен узким серебряным поясом с пограничным столбом вверху справа. В верхней части на голубом поле три черные сопки с серебряными вершинами и северное золотое сияние над ним. В нижней части на красном поле справа: золотые контуры электроопоры и слева - ковш с серебряной струей расплавленного металла.
Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted in 1970.
The arms show clearly symbols of industry and in the upper part a landscape with a lighthouse and the Northern lights.
The original project showed the arms also blue in the base, see below.
