Escudo de ouro, faixa ondada de cinco burelas de azul e prata, entre uma roda de azenha de vermelho, em chefe, e três ramos de oliveira de verde, frutados de negro, com os pés atados de vermelho, em ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FRÁGUAS – RIO MAIOR “.
