Escudo de verde, um rodizio de prata, realçado de negro, entre um fuso de ouro com novelo de prata à dextra e uma espiga de milho de ouro, folhada do mesmo, à sinistra; em chefe, um escudete de prata carregado de uma cruz de azul; campanha ondeada de prata e azul, tendo brocante uma truta de sua cor. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: «LAZARIM».
