Escudo de ouro, faixa de azul carregada de um arado de prata, acompanhada em chefe de dois ramos de camarinheira de verde, frutados de sua cor e, em ponta, de um cacho de uvas de púrpura, folhado de verde. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: «MARINHAIS».
