D’azur à la Vierge tenant l'Enfant Jésus sur son bras senestre, le tout d'argent, auréolés d’or, la draperie bordée d'or, la Vierge tenant de sa main dextre une grappe de raisin de sable, tigée et feuillée de sinople, l'Enfant Jésus tenant dans sa main senestre un monde d'or.

Origin/meaning
The arms show St. Mary with Jesus, Mary being the patron saint of Beaune. She also holds a bunch of grapes as a symbol for the importance of viticulture in the region.
