Origin/meaning

The arms show the Trinity Shield, expressing the relationships of the persons of the Holy Trinity. The "D" in the center is for "Deus" ("God"); the "P" for "Pater" (Father); the "F" for "Filius" (Son); the "SS" for "Spiritus Sancti" (Holy Spirit).
