ETELÄ-POHJANMAA - SÖDRA ÖSTERBOTTEN
Etelä-Pohjanmaa is a region in Finland created in 1997 as part of Länsi-Suomi to which it belonged from 1997-2009. Since 2009 it is a separate region. Until 1997 part of Vaasa province.

The arms show three ermines, half of the historical arms of Pohjanmaa, which showed 6 ermines.
