NEUNKIRCHEN-SEELSCHEID
State : Nordrhein-Westfalen
District (Kreis) : Rhein-Sieg Kreis
Additions : 1970 Neunkirchen, Seelscheid
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on November 26, 1970.
The upper part shows the lion of Berg, as the area belonged historically to the county of Berg. The lower part shows the fish as a symbol for the fisheries. The arms are based on the seal of the village from 1556 of Neunkirchen.
