Escudo de azul, asna ondada de cinco tiras de prata e azul, acompanhada em chefe de um sino de ouro, badalado de prata, entre uma espiga de trigo à dextra e uma de centeio à sinistra, ambas de ouro e postas em pala e, em campanha, de um sino de ouro badalado de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: "GRIJO de PARADA".
