Escudo de verde, barco rabelo de ouro, mastreado e cordoado do mesmo, realçado de vermelho e vestido de prata, vogando sobre um pé ondado de prata e azul; em chefe, três ramos de nogueira de prata, frutados de ouro e alinhados em faixa. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «NAGOZELO do DOURO».
