SAINT ANDREW'S COLLEGE
Country: Australia
Campus/location : Sydney
Official blazon
Arms : Azure, a saltire engrailed Argent between four estoiles of six rays of the Second, and in the centre an open book Proper, fore-edges and binding Gules.
Motto : 'Christo Ecclesiae Litteris'.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on January 24, 1966.
The arms show Scotland’s national flag (symbolising St. Andrew), with the book in the centre making an obvious reference to the college’s principal aim.
