Escudo de prata, banda dentelada de negro; campanha diminuta ondada de verde e prata de quatro tiras e, vogando, um barco de azul, decorado de verde e negro e realçado de ouro e posto de proa. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: " FREGUESIA DE NAZARÉ ".
