D'azur à la main de carnation tenant une palme d'argent, brochant sur deux clefs du même passées en sautoir, le tout accosté des mots SAI et NPE en lettres capitales d'or, surmonté d'une couronne royale du même, accompagné de trois étoiles de huit rais d'or, celle de la pointe surmontée des lettres R, D et S capitales entrelacées du même.
